Unwind and rejuvenate with a relaxing and fun workshop learning to create with clay. Receive a complementary glass of bubble on arrival, and have lots of laughs creating your own plates for serving multiple yummy foods, perfect for any occasion.
In this workshop we will make a set of up to three plates in varying sizes. Create a dinner and side plate, or a group of smaller nibble and side dishes. To build up a larger dinner set, book into more than one workshop, or book a private event with 5+ friends!
On the day Danica will take you through the hand building process step by step, including rolling out the clay, forming the edges, as well as demonstrating nature imprinting. You will be able to decorate and personalize your items as you wish. You will also have the opportunity to add a splash of colour at the end, or even try out a little bit of sgraffito carving, which is one of Danica’s favoured techniques on her botanical vases.
These workshops are perfect to enjoy with a group of friends or come along by yourself and meet new ones. They are social, relaxing and heaps of fun.
No previous experience needed- classes are modified to suit all participants.

Classes run for about 2.5-3 hrs
** Behind the scenes Danica will fire and glaze fire your creations to make them food safe, and ready to pick up in about 4 weeks. The final product will be dishwasher and microwave safe.
Classes include all non-toxic materials, tools, and firing.
